本文主要综述了国内外有关铁皮石斛组织培养和大棚种植的研究进展,从光照、温度、培养基、激素及添加剂等5个方面,论述了环境因子对铁皮石斛组织培养壮苗以及幼苗成活率的影响。在自然条件下,铁皮石斛的萌发率极低,组织培养是实现其快速繁殖的最佳技术手段,而将组培苗移植到大棚则是铁皮石斛人工栽培的核心技术。研究表明兰花内生菌、光照、温度和基质等环境因子严重影响铁皮石斛大棚种植的产量和品质,如何有效地管理和利用这些环境因子,从而提高铁皮石斛的产量和品质,将是未来的研究重点。

This paper talked about the research advance of tissue culture and Cultivation of Dendrobium officinale. From five aspects such as light、temperature、medium、hormone and additive, we discussed the Effect of Environment Factors on Tissue Culture and Cultivation of Dendrobium officinale. Dendrobium officinale germination rate was very low in natural condition, and tissue culture technique was the best way to achieve its rapid propagation. However, the core technology of Dendrobium officinale artificial cultivation was to move the tissue culture seedling into greenhouse. Studies had shown that orchids endophytes, light, temperature and other environment factors seriously affected the production and quality of Dendrobium officinale greenhouse cultivation, and how to effectively manage and utilize these environment factors to improve the production and quality would be the focus of future research.
